Assignment #3: The Arbitrary

1] Compile a list of five things taking care that the items you include have the least discernible relation to each other. By what process have you decided what to include?

2] Write a short narrative into which you bring the items from #1. Strive for clarity, seamlessness, a sense of logical and symbolic coherence.

3] Write a second composition using the list from #1 but this time try to accentuate the sense of disjunction. Agglomerate your subjects, strike them against each other and try to create sparks.
