1] List on paper two or more things which you believe yourself incapable of communicating, evoking, or describing in a way comprehensible to others. When you have done this:
2] Describe on paper at least one occasion in which you tried in good faith to communicate something but failed to because you could not find the words.
Try to analyze and describe the difficulties you found. Then:
3] Choose one of the things you listed in Step #1 and try to communicate, evoke, or describe it on paper. Take as much time as you need.
